Need: The Harpeth Youth Soccer Association is operated entirely by parent volunteers. During the season, they were spending 3 to 4 hours per night on the phone, calling with updates and organizing the next weekend. They needed relief and a Phase II web site was the answer.

Solution: SageLion created a fun site that provided a lot of information that had previously been faxed or handed out. Online registration, contact information, rules and team schedules are now online.

Results: The HYSA has seen a dramatic reduction in the time that used to be spent doing many of the things the web site now does 24/7. The site has increased the use of email and the registration process has been streamlined. They don't know how they did it without such a great web site.
